I called earlier this morning because the door was catching. Young lady I talked to was very helpful. I left a message and I also followed her advice and wiped the lens. It is working now so you don't need to send anyone. It is not as urgent but would like someone to come at your convenience and clean and lubricate the door. Thanks.
